This notice explains what personal data is processed when you visit morstarx.com or contact us, and why. It is short because the website itself collects very little.

Visiting this website
The website has no contact forms, user accounts, analytics, advertising or social media plugins, and it does not set cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain; no content is loaded from third-party services.
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. When you open a page, your browser sends technical information — such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested — which the hosting provider processes to deliver the site and protect it against misuse. We do not use this information to identify or profile visitors.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply and, where relevant, to continue the business conversation you started. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the message is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the conversation and any business relationship that follows, and for as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may ask whether we hold personal data about you, request a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. You may also contact the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, your local data protection authority.

If the way the website works changes — for example, if we add a contact form or analytics — we will update this notice before doing so.
